耐酸胶泥是我厂根据电力、冶金、石化等行业防腐工程而开发的新产品，是一种新型耐高温密实型复合粘结材料，它主要用于火力发电厂的烟囱，烟道的内衬砌筑，也可用于其它行业中有酸性气体腐蚀的部位。

该产品采用耐酸硅酸盐粉料为基体，再配加微量加剂，及本厂生产的耐酸粘结剂与固化剂，按比例配合而成，施工时只需要将粉料与粘结剂及固化剂按规定比例拌和即可，砌筑后能在一定时间内在空气硬化成石状材料，它具有和易性好，粘结剂强度高、耐热性好、抗酸性强等特点。现场施工配制容易，操作方便，同时也可避免一般泥浆砌筑后因凝结时间长而发生的游砖、移缝现象、比普通水玻璃型或其它类型的耐酸胶泥抗渗透性好、性能稳定，并可省去酸处理工序，该胶泥各项指标达到和超过了烟囱、烟道用耐酸胶泥设计要求。应用此产品可大幅度提高烟囱使用寿命，减少检修次数。该泥使用方便。我厂已批量投入生产，在常熟电厂240米1#烟囱，湖北黄石火力发电厂180米烟囱，准阴扬庄电厂180米烟囱，东电三公司出口孟拉国70米烟囱等工程上已成功应用。
