耐酸耐碱涂料必须具有的颜料
①碳化硅:是一种高温强度高、耐磨性好,耐酸耐碱,硬度高且化学稳定性好的无机非金属材料,碳化硅的加入可以大大提高试样的抗折强度及耐磨性,当颗粒之间基质较少时,颗粒与颗粒之间缝隙较小,因此结构紧密,机械强度较高,耐磨性也较好,因此,碳化硅的加入量是影响耐酸耐碱防腐涂料机械性能的一个重要因素。②细晶氧化铝:氧化铝熔点高、硬度大、绝缘性能优异、高温结构稳定、抗氧化性能好,但也有不足,那就是脆性较大,所以采用超细粉末氧化铝来提高耐酸耐碱防腐涂料的断裂和韧性。③氧化锌:硬度约为4.5H,是一种相对较软的材料,氧化锌的热稳定性和热传导性较好,而且沸点高,热膨胀系数低,在陶瓷材料领域有用武之地,能缩减耐酸耐碱防腐涂料的固化时间,并提高涂料的防水性能。氧化锌可以反射红外线,达到保温或隔热的效果。尤其是纳米氧化锌,可以屏蔽具有潜在危害的紫外线,从而延长涂料的耐候性。④志盛威华特有的耐酸耐碱防腐涂料互传网络防腐溶液系统,增加涂料的附着力和颜料的融合度,提高涂层整体能动性和一致性。

(3) Zinc oxide: hardness is about 4.5H, it is a relatively soft material. Zinc oxide has good thermal stability and thermal conductivity, high boiling point and low coefficient of thermal expansion. It is useful in the field of ceramic materials. It can reduce the curing time of acid and alkali resistant anticorrosive coatings and improve the waterproof performance of coatings. Zinc Oxide can reflect infrared rays to achieve the effect of thermal insulation or heat insulation. In particular, nano-zinc oxide can shield the potential harmful ultraviolet rays, thus prolonging the weatherability of coatings. 当前,建设节约型社会的话题已被大家所熟知,为了响应国家的方针政策,防腐蚀涂料必须向节能、低污染和高性能方向发展,技术科技的发展,又是时代的要求:(1)重点发展高固体分的防腐涂料,高固体分涂料的体积固含量大于70%,推荐使用低容剂、无溶剂防腐蚀涂料,使涂料中有机挥发分含量VOC<340g/L,从而保证施工环境的空气质量,减少向大气排放有害污染物。(2)防腐蚀涂料中有毒有害成分的限制防腐蚀涂料应避免使用对人体有害的有机挥发物如芳烃、含氯烃溶剂,重金属添加剂Pb、Hg、Cd、Cr以及有机锡对人体皮肤有刺激性的低聚物树脂。世界各国和相关国际组织已对一些重防腐蚀涂料作出限制,如淘汰环氧煤沥青涂料;从2003年1月起禁止新造船使用含有机锡的自抛光涂料;2006年起停止使用含有四氯化碳的氯化橡胶涂料等。(3)发展水性涂料,近年来,我国水性重防腐蚀涂料在许多大型钢结构工程中的应用,均取得了成功,北京志盛威华化工有限公司的水性防腐涂料已经走在世界的前列,技术领先,科技含量高,多数技术具有专一性,志盛牌水性防腐涂料耐温高,无任何挥发物质产生。但在整个水性防腐蚀涂料占防腐涂料市场6%左右,而且以底漆为主。作为防腐蚀涂料的发展方向,水性重防腐蚀涂料还须加强研究,使它在防腐蚀性能上、在对表面处理等级要求上、在施工性能上有所突破,逐步满足市场对水性重防腐蚀涂料日益增加的需要。

(3) The development of water-borne coatings. In recent years, the application of water-borne heavy-duty anticorrosive coatings in many large steel structure projects in China has been successful. The water-borne anticorrosive coatings of Beijing Zhisheng Weihua Chemical Co., Ltd. have been in the forefront of the world, leading in technology, high in technology content, and most of the technologies have specificity. Zhisheng Brand Water The anticorrosive paint has high temperature resistance and no volatile substance is produced. But the whole waterborne anticorrosive coating accounts for about 6% of the anticorrosive coating market, and the primer is the main one.
