粘砌耐酸砖要注意错缝
1.无论是调合胶泥还是耐酸混凝土,都要添加硬化剂氟硅酸钠将它与耐酸水泥充分混合均匀;最好过筛二次,然后用比重1.38—1.45、模数2.60—2.80之间水玻璃溶液调合(严禁用水调合!)。

2.使用时应先将混匀后的本品放在容器内,后将水玻璃溶液加入,搅拌要均匀迅速;一般每次以少于100公斤调合为宜,每次调成的胶泥需在45分钟内用完,所用的工具和容器均不得带有水份或其它杂质。

3.施工前对金属设备应进行除锈、去污等,砖结构应洗刷干净,碱性普通水泥结构的表面应先用酸中和后用水洗净,再加热干燥,一般要求水份低于4%以下。

4.耐酸水泥应在10℃以上温度中硬化,并在空气中养护10—20天左右,(冬天时间较长)养护期间切忌遇蒸汽、水等,不得被太阳直接曝晒,以防止发生龟裂,如有龟裂即行修补。

5.养护干燥后要进行酸化处理,其方法是以40%硫酸涂刷其表面,每4小时一次,每次析出的结晶物应在下次涂刷前刮去,直至无结晶析出为止,酸处理完毕合即可交付使用。
