1、在烟囱施工前，组织参加烟囱施工的全体人员了解施工作业指导书的主要内容及各种施工规范。

（1）钢模板每节安装前应清除灰浆，并刷脱模剂，脱模剂采用#40成品机油对少量柴油。

（2）固定模板的对销螺栓连接要牢固，外露丝长不少于两个丝扣，以防止模板外胀。并定期检查对销螺栓，损坏的要及时更换。

（3）上下模板之间连接U形卡，上满扣紧，模板上下严禁出现错台，并用双面胶带，防止模板漏浆。

（4）模板安装完毕，要仔细校核中心，检验半径，壁厚尺寸，验收合格后方可进行下道工序的施工。

（5）钢筋的品种和规格应符合设计要求和规范规定，原材料必须有合格证和复检报告单方可使用。（按规范要求做钢筋电渣压力焊接头试验）

（6）钢筋绑扎时，严格按照设计要求的规格、数量进行，不得随意调整，钢筋代换必须有变更通知单。

（7）钢筋表面要洁净，不应有油污等现象。

（8）竖向钢筋的电渣压力焊，焊工必须经考试合格方可上岗。

（9）砼严格按照配合比配制，控制其塌落度，并按规定取样，外加剂的使用根据实际情况决定。（按规范要求做好砼试块）

（10）每节浇筑前，施工缝浇水湿润，砼施工缝在初凝前进行搓毛，并应冲洗干净，不能留有碎块及残渣。

（11）砼浇筑分层进行，砼振捣密实，做到内实外光，表面光洁。

（12）内衬用耐酸胶泥砌筑耐酸陶土砖，要求灰缝饱满、密实、上下错缝。
