耐酸胶泥基本成份及性质

耐酸胶泥是由水玻璃和耐酸水泥调制而成的。国内目前在建筑上常用的水玻璃是钠玻璃,它的化学成份是硅酸(Na2O·nSiO2 ) ,分子式中的n 称为水玻璃模数。模数=SiO2 含量Na2O 含量×Na2O 分子量SiO2 分子量模数越高,粘度越大,可溶性相应下降。平常使用的水玻璃是固体水玻璃的水溶液,波美度大致是24°~48°左右(比重112~115 左右) 。水玻璃具有较好的胶结性能,不燃烧,耐腐蚀,有较高的耐酸能力(除不能抵抗氢氟酸、硅氟酸、300 ℃以上的热磷酸和高级脂肪酸外) ,不耐碱。一般市场上出售的耐酸水泥是由磨细的石英砂或粉碎的天然辉缘岩和固化促进剂氟硅酸钠(NaSiF6) 组成耐酸胶泥的硬化,首先是水玻璃与氟硅酸钠发生水解,生成硅胶和Na (OH) 、HF、NaF ,然后HF 与Na (OH) 作用生成NaF 及水。 Acid resistant cement is made from water glass and acid-proof cement.
