河北耐酸胶泥厂

1、钾水玻璃胶泥：耐各种浓度的硫酸、盐酸、硝酸、磷酸、氧化性介质、有机物、稀酸的腐蚀；不耐氢氟酸、氟化物、碱类的腐蚀；耐水性优于钠水玻璃胶泥；机械强度、黏结力、抗渗透性优于钠水玻璃胶泥。常温固化、施工方便、使用温度<900℃。

1, potassium water glass cement: resistance to various concentrations of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, phosphoric acid, oxidizing medium, organic matter, acid corrosion; corrosion of fluoride, hydrofluoric acid, alkali; water resistance is better than that of sodium silicate cement; mechanical strength, adhesive force and anti permeability is better than sodium water glass clay. Curing at room temperature, convenient for construction and <900 C for use temperature.

2、环氧胶泥：耐酸、耐碱性能低于酚醛胶泥和呋喃胶泥，耐40%硫酸、20%盐酸、20%氢氧化钠的腐蚀；不耐氧化性介质的腐蚀；机械强度大，黏结力好，固化时收缩率小，可直接用于碳钢或混凝土表面，常温或加温固化，可用于100℃以上的环境，工程造价高。

2, epoxy mortar: acid and alkali resistant properties than phenolic daub and furan mastic, corrosion resistant 40% sulfuric acid, 20% hydrochloric acid, 20% sodium hydroxide; corrosion resistance to oxidation medium; high mechanical strength, good adhesion, curing shrinkage, can be directly used for carbon steel or concrete surface, normal temperature or heating curing, can for the above 100 C environment, the project cost is high.

3、呋喃胶泥：耐酸性能与酚醛胶泥相似，耐碱性能优良，可耐40% NaOH的腐蚀，不耐氧化性介质与硝酸的腐蚀；机械强度大，黏结力较酚醛胶泥差，固化时收缩率大，抗冲击性能差，不能与碳钢、混凝土直接接触，需用环氧涂料作隔离层，适用于150℃以内的环境，常温固化或加热固化，刺激味大。

3, furan mastic: acid and phenolic daub properties similar to alkali resistant performance, corrosion resistance of 40% NaOH, the corrosion resistance to medium with nitric acid oxidation; high mechanical strength, adhesive force is phenolic mastic difference, curing shrinkage, impact resistance, not in direct contact with carbon steel, concrete, with epoxy paint as isolation layer, suitable for 150 DEG C, curing or curing, fumes.
