| 耐酸胶泥的配制/耐酸胶泥 Preparation of acid resistant mash / acid resistant mud 耐酸胶泥是以水玻璃为主要粘结剂,调制耐酸胶泥的水玻璃溶液模数以216～218 为宜,波美度45°(比重114 左右) 为宜。水玻璃模数太低(如低于214) 固化太快, 固化时间少于20min ,操作人员往往来不及砌筑; 模数太高(如高于3 以上)固化太慢影响施工。水玻璃贮存时应密封,以防与空气中CO2 发生反应。氟硅酸钠在采购耐酸水泥时配给,其纯度应不小于90～95 %。注意干燥保存,使用时湿度不大于1 % ,若含水量过大则需在使用前烘干,烘烤温度控制在60 ℃以下。耐酸粉料(石英粉、辉绿岩粉) 要求湿度不大于1 % ,耐酸率在94 %以上,细度要求4900孔/ cm 及1600 孔/ cm 筛的筛余重量分别不大于5 %及15～30 %。耐酸胶泥配制重量比推荐比例如下。耐酸粉料:氟硅酸钠:水玻璃 (石英粉或辉绿岩粉) (100 %纯度)100 :515～616 :37～44氟硅酸钠用量一般为水玻璃用量的15 % ,氟硅酸钠纯度不是100 %时掺量按比例增加。先将耐酸粉料与氟硅酸钠拌合均匀,然后慢慢加入水玻璃,一边加一边搅拌,整个调制过程应控制在5min 以内。每次拌合的数量视砌筑人数和施工速度而定,应在30min 左右使用完毕(30min 左右初凝) ,再拌合新料。 Acid resistant cement is made of sodium silicate as the main binder. The acid resistant powder (quartz powder and diabase powder) requires less than 1% humidity, and the acid resistance rate is above 94%. The fineness requires that the weight of 4900 holes / cm and 1600 holes / cm sieves is not more than 5% and 15~30%, respectively. The proportion of the weight ratio recommended by acid resistant cement is as follows. Acid resistant powder: sodium fluorosilicate: water glass (quartz powder or diabase powder) (100% purity) 100: 515~616: 37~44 sodium fluorosilicate dosage is generally 15% of the amount of water glass, the purity of sodium fluosilicate is not 100% when the content is increased proportionately. First, mix acid resistant powder and sodium fluosilicate evenly, then slowly add water glass, stirring on the side, the whole modulation process should be controlled within 5min. The amount of each mix depends on the number of masonry and construction speed. It should be used at 30min or so (30min Zuo Youchu condensate), and then mixed with new materials. |
