| 1、搅拌：先将干料加入搅拌机内干拌2min，再加入水玻璃、改性剂，湿拌3min 即可出料。为防止死机，搅拌量以不超过搅拌机容量的40%为宜。出料要迅速及时，若搅拌机发生故障，要及时清除机内料并用水冲洗干净。 每日收工后，要将机内及搅拌片上的改性混凝土清洗干净。工程量很小时，可采用人工拌合。 2、浇筑：在施工面上刷一层稀胶泥，待其固化后再浇筑，尽量避免留施工缝。必须留施工缝时，应留成斜槎，并保持粗糙面。下次接缝时，先抹稀胶泥再浇灌，接槎处应抹实抹平。 夏秋季温度高时改性水玻璃混凝土几分钟即可初凝成型，所以现场捣实抹平速度要快，宜在初凝前抹出光面，一次成型，以免初凝后再抹出现皱皮而影响外观和降低抗渗抗腐蚀性能。 3、拆模和养护：养护期间严禁与水或蒸汽、浓度极小的稀酸接触。一般根据环境温度、拆模时间和养护时间按下表执行。 改性水玻璃混凝土的拆模和养护时间 1. Mould removal and maintenance: it is strictly forbidden to contact with dilute acid or water or steam with minimal concentration during maintenance.
