| 1、水玻璃:主要技术指标是模数和密度,合适的密度为1.35~1.45g/cm3,也可用波美度表示。二者的关系为密度=145/(145-波美度)(g/cm3)。较合适的模数为2.6~3.0 ,模数和密度可自行调整。 2、氟硅酸钠:氟硅酸钠是固化剂,技术指标为纯度大于95%,含水率小于1%。 3、粉料:粉料为耐酸混凝土的填充料,其技术指标为:耐酸度大于94%;含水率小于0.5%;不得混有不耐酸杂质;细度1600孔/cm2,筛余不大于5%,4900孔/cm2,筛余为10%~30%。常用粉料为铸石粉、石英粉,或二者混合使用,有耐高温要求的则用耐火粘土砖粉。 4、骨料:骨料是耐酸混凝土的主要骨架,直接影响耐酸混凝土的理化性能和技术指标。除粗细度外,其余与粉料相同,骨料常用的是石英石(砂),有耐高温要求的选用耐火粘土砖碎块,粗细骨料要有良好的级配。 5、改性剂:改性剂的主要作用是提高密实度和抗渗透性能,是改性水玻璃混凝土的重要成分,技术要求如下。 1)应溶于水或在强烈搅拌下能均匀分散于水玻璃溶液中。 2)不会使水玻璃凝聚、离析。 3) 应有一定的耐蚀性或遇酸后聚合成固体。常用的改性剂为呋喃类有机单体和呋喃树脂,如糠醛、糠酮、糠醇或糠醇与糠醛混合液等,掺量为水玻璃用量的1%~5%(重量比)。 1. Commonly used powder is cast stone powder, quartz powder, or both mixed use, with high temperature requirements of refractory clay brick powder. 4. Aggregate: Aggregate is the main framework of acid-resistant concrete, which directly affects the physical and chemical properties and technical indicators of acid-resistant concrete. Except for the fineness, the others are the same as the powder. Quartz stone (sand) is commonly used as aggregate. Fire-resistant clay brick fragments are selected for high temperature resistance, and fine aggregate should have good gradation. 5. Modifier: The main function of modifier is to improve the compactness and permeability resistance. It is an important component of modified sodium silicate concrete. The technical requirements are as follows. 1) It should be soluble in water or uniformly dispersed in water glass solution under strong stirring. 2) No condensation or segregation of sodium silicate. 3) It should have certain corrosion resistance or be polymerized into solid after acid treatment. The commonly used modifiers are furan organic monomers and furan resins, such as furfural, furfurfural ketone, furfurfural alcohol or mixture of furfural alcohol and furfural, with the dosage of sodium silicate ranging from 1% to 5% (weight ratio). |
