1、主要原材料 （1）水玻璃：主要技术指标是模数和密度，合适的密度为1.35～1.45g/cm3，也可用波美度表示。二者的关系为密度=145/(145－波美度)(g/cm3)。较合适的模数为2.6～3.0，模数和密度可自行调整。 （2）氟硅酸钠：氟硅酸钠是固化剂，技术指标为纯度大于95％，含水率小于1％。 （3）粉料：粉料为耐酸混凝土的填充料，其技术指标为：耐酸度大于94％；含水率小于0.5％；不得混有不耐酸杂质；细度1600孔/cm2，筛余不大于5％，4900孔/cm2，筛余为10％～30％。常用粉料为铸石粉、石英粉，或二者混合使用，有耐高温要求的则用耐火粘土砖粉。 （4）骨料：骨料是耐酸混凝土的主要骨架，直接影响耐酸混凝土的理化性能和技术指标。除粗细度外，其余与粉料相同，骨料常用的是石英石(砂)，有耐高温要求的选用耐火粘土砖碎块，粗细骨料要有良好的级配。
