| 1、耐酸浇注料施工中要确保不停电，不中断施工。 1, the construction of acid proof castables should ensure no power failure and no interruption of construction. 2、耐酸浇注料施工用模板可用钢板或硬木板制成。模板要有足够强度，刚性好，不走形，不移位，不漏浆。钢模板要涂脱模剂，木模板要刷防水漆。重复使用的模板要先清洗，再涂漆方可使用。 2. When mixing different castables, the blender should be cleaned first. 5、浇注料必须整桶整袋地使用。搅拌好的浇注料一般在30分钟内用完。在高温干燥的作业环境中还要适量缩短这一时间。已经初凝甚至结块的浇注料不得倒入模框中，也不得加水搅拌再用。 5, castables must be used in whole bags. Castable that has been initially solidified or even lumped should not be poured into the mold frame or stirred with water. 6、倒入模框内的耐酸浇注料应立即用振动棒分层震实，每层高度应不大于300mm，震动间距以250mm左右为宜。震动时尽量避免触及锚固件，不得在同一位置上久震和重震。看到浇注料表面返浆后应将振动棒缓慢抽出，避免浇注料层产生离析现象和出现空洞。 6. The acid-proof castable poured into the mold frame should be immediately compacted by layers of vibrating rods. The height of each layer should not exceed 300 mm and the vibration spacing should be about 250 mm. Try to avoid touching anchors when shaking, and do not vibrate and cause earthquakes at the same location. The vibrating rod should be pulled out slowly to avoid the segregation and void of the castable layer. 浇注完成后的浇注体，在凝固前不能再受压与受震。 After pouring, the pouring body can not be subjected to any pressure or shock before solidification. 7、大面积浇注时，要分块施工。每块浇注区面积以1.5m2左右为宜。膨胀缝要按设计留设，不得遗漏。膨胀缝应留设在锚固件间隔的位置。 7, large area pouring, to block construction. Expansion joints should be located at the intervals between anchors. 8、待耐酸浇注料表面干燥后，应立即用塑料薄膜或草袋将露在空气中的部分盖严。初凝到达后要定期洒水养护，保持其表面湿润。养护时间至少两天，第一天内要勤洒水。浇注料终凝后可拆除边模继续洒水养护，但承重模板须待强度达到70%以后方可拆模。 8. When the surface of acid-resistant castable is dry, the exposed part should be covered with plastic film or straw bag immediately. After initial condensation, it should be regularly sprinkled and maintained to keep its surface moist. The curing time should be at least two days, and the first day should be sprinkled regularly. After the final setting of the castable, the side mold can be removed and maintained by sprinkling water, but the load-bearing formwork can not be removed until the strength reaches 70%. 9、模板拆除后应及时对浇注体进行检查。发现蜂窝、剥落和空洞等质量问题要及时处理与修补。问题严重时要将缺陷部位凿去，露出锚固件，再用同质量的捣固料填满捣实，继续养护，禁止用水泥灰浆摸平来掩盖问题。 9.
